Tithing is a way to worship God, because it shows Him that we trust His provision in our lives. “Tithe” means ten percent, which is the portion of our income that we give to God to say thank you for all He has given us. God doesn’t need our money, He wants our trust, and trusting Him with our finances is a great way to demonstrate our dependence on Him.

When you tithe, you support Playa’s mission of introducing people to Jesus and helping them follow Him. It is through your financial generosity that we are able to fund our mission, vision, and ministries.

Playa’s primary source of income consists of tithes and offerings from regular attendees. Playa receives no financial support from any religious or denominational body. The ministries of Playa are supported by people who believe in the mission, vision, and ministry of Playa Christian Church.

There are three simple steps to giving online. It is simple and secure, and will only take a few moments to go through the process. All contributions are tax-deductible.

1. To make a one-time or recurring donation, please enter your amount below and click the appropriate button. (Please note: you do not have to have a PayPal account to make a one-time donation; you may use your debit or credit card. However, recurring donations require that you use or set up a PayPal account).
2. Once you click the button, you will be directed to PayPal’s site. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your donation.
