CARE is a ministry of Playa Christian Church that asks you to live out your faith by caring for those who live in need. Throughout the year CARE prioritizes efforts to relieve suffering. Such efforts have included collecting clothes for the homeless, food for those suffering with AIDS, providing encouragment for families of prisoners, and resources for those affected by illiteracy. CARE is committed to fulfilling the exhortation given by Jesus in Matthew 25:35-45. We believe that together, as people of faith, we can build a movement and relieve needless suffering in our community.
